“ The GOLD STANDARD of pizza in my opinion. ALL the food is excellent and this is the original location and it is still owned and operated by family and waitresses have worked here for decades. We have been here hundreds of times, and not once have we ever been disappointed. The pizza is done as you like it, if you order double sauce, thin crust. DONE to perfection for our liking. Waitresses are so great here, and PRO. You have to try the ice cream as well, it melts in our mouth and is the perfect temperature. Peter, the owner keeps the standard of quality TOP NOTCH. ”
“ Every time I've been to Ottawa, I've come to colonnade pizza. It's cheesy and packed with toppings. Good thing is that u can order half and half on pizzas larger than medium. So far, I've tried Santa Fe, combination, spicy club, and canadian. Think my favorite is Santa Fe. Anyway. Colonnades pizza kinda reminds me of Chicago's deep dish because of its cheesiness. It's not deep though. Just cheesy as heck. Though I haven't been to other colonnade pizza locations, apparently this one's the best one. I was told the secret is the "brick cheese". On a side note, my infant enjoyed their chicken fingers. He chose chicken fingers over their pizza. We'll be back either way. ”

It's best to order with minimal toppings due to the amount of cheese on top and the thickness. The hot wings were good quality and meaty. Their Worlds best chocolate cake was SO decadent and delicious! ”

We need a wheel chair accessible restaurant that doesn’t mind us lingering for hours to maximize our special visit.
